The Management of GRABALFA PRE-PRESS SOLUTIONS, S.L., trademarks GRABALFA/SERVIFLEX, company dedicated to the “Manufacture of clichés for flexography”, through this document aims to establish the main guidelines of the company, based on the standard of the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 with the purpose of:

• Ensure continuous improvement of the service provided, always satisfying, both the requirements requested by the interested parties, as well as the regulatory and / or legal requirements that apply.
• Provide a frame of reference to establish and review the quality objectives for continuous improvement.
•  That the interested parties related to the activities developed by our company perceive and appreciate a high degree of commitment.
• To achieve a high degree of customer loyalty. 

To this end, and always taking the Quality Management System as a reference, the following guidelines are established:

• The Management assumes the commitment to comply with the Quality Policy, the objectives and LEAD the maintenance of the Management System, always seeking the path towards continuous improvement of its effectiveness.
• All personnel must comply with the provisions of the manuals and procedures, always acting with the communication of possible risks in mind.
• Continuous contact with stakeholders, to know their needs and be able to adapt to them, without jeopardizing our expectations.
• Increasing the level of training of our staff, resulting in greater personal satisfaction, an improvement in the working environment and an improvement in the provision of our services.
• The organization ensures that a risk assessment of all processes is carried out to prevent possible deviations or non-conformities in the quality management system. 

On February 22, 2023 the Management of GRABALFA PRE-PRESS SOLUTIONS, S.L. signs this document and assumes the commitment to maintain and extend to the general public the contents of this policy.
