• Assume leadership and commitment to compliance with this Quality Policy, the defined objectives and the requirements of the Quality Management System, promoting continuous improvement of its effectiveness.
• Ensure that all staff are aware of, understand and apply the provisions of the system’s procedures and documents, encouraging the communication of risks, incidents and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain continuous contact with stakeholders, especially customers, to understand their needs and expectations and adapt to them.
• Promote staff training and development in order to improve professional competence, the working environment and the quality of the service provided.
• Apply a risk-based approach, ensuring the identification, assessment and treatment of risks and opportunities associated with all processes in order to prevent deviations and non-conformities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction as a fundamental tool for continuous improvement.

This Quality Policy is communicated, understood and applied by all staff within the organisation, is available to relevant stakeholders and is reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability to the context and strategy of the company.
